DR. SCHNEIDERBAUER’S CHIROPRACTIC EDUCATION
Dr. Joe Schneiderbauer earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the fountainhead of Chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He spent over three years at Palmer learning the science behind the human body as well as diagnosing patients’ conditions. During those three years he also learned and mastered multiple techniques from the most elite technique department chiropractic schools have to offer.
DR. SCHNEIDERBAUER’S APPROACH TO HEALTHCARE
Dr. Schneiderbauer has a holistic approach to life and chiropractic care. He practices traditional techniques, which include but are not limited to Diversified, Gonstead, Activator (Low-force instrument), Thompson (Drop-Table), Soft Tissue Manipulation, and Blair (Upper Cervical Specific Technique). Along with adjusting patients, he believes physical therapy, such as stretching, strengthening and modality therapies, play a vital role in supporting chiropractic treatments. Some may not know, but Chiropractors from Palmer are trained to evaluate and treat other parts of the body other than the spine with adjustments and/or physical therapy. Dr. Schneiderbauer has had years of practice with all kinds of treatment both as a doctor and a patient.
In practice, Dr. Schneiderbauer has an X-Ray machine available to help diagnose underlying conditions that may or may not be apparent with initial exam. He is trained and has had years of instruction and practice at Palmer where he can X-Ray any part of the body.
DR. SCHNEIDERBAUER’S BACKGROUND
Dr. Schneiderbauer was a Sterling High School athlete and graduate participating in Football, Track & Field, and Basketball. He went on to North Central College where he participated in Football, as well as Track & Field. While at college, he majored in Exercise Science because of his interest in how the body worked for the general public as well as athletes. Dr. Schneiderbauer decided to continue his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic and continued his athletic career by playing for Palmers Rugby Football Club. Over the course of his athletic career he has had his fair share of injuries in which he has learned to take care of. He understands what it takes to come back from injuries and has the experience to know what his patients are going through. He knows what needs to be done to help get you back to living your life to the fullest!
